To continue delivering exceptional spine care with added convenience, Long Island Spine Specialists is relocating two offices into new, modern Catholic Health–affiliated facilities. Beginning August 25, we will start seeing patients at our new locations, with full MyChart integration for easier scheduling and access to health records.
What’s Changing (and What’s Not)
- New facilities, same trusted team. Your spine specialists, clinicians, and staff remain the same.
- MyChart convenience. Schedule, message our team, and view records through MyChart.
- Still 100% focused on spine care. Our commitment to advanced, patient-centered spine treatment does not change.
New Addresses (Effective August 25)
- Bay Shore (relocating from West Islip): 45 Park Avenue, Bay Shore, NY 11706
- Riverhead (new local address): 800 Old Country Road, Riverhead, NY 11901
These addresses were provided by Catholic Health and are included here to help patients plan ahead.
What Patients Should Do Now
- Existing appointments: Our team will confirm your appointment location if it falls on/after August 25.
- Future scheduling: Use MyChart for streamlined booking and communication once the transition goes live.
- Stay tuned: We’ll share parking/entrance details and updated office photos as soon as they’re available.
