Scoliosis Screening
We conduct a professional evaluation of spine curvature and provide specific recommendations for treatment.

Industrial Screening
The professionals at Long Island Spine Specialists offer on-site visits to provide information and evaluation of potential office dangers and suggest new ideas for the prevention of back and neck injury.

EMG (Electromyography)
This examination of the nervous system determines to what extent nerves and muscles have been irritated and/or damaged. By inserting fine needles into your muscles and measuring the electrical impulses, electromyography enables our physicians to measure the activity of various muscles - and therefore determine if nerves have been damaged. With an EMG, new and old damage can be separated and the exact nerves affected can often be identified.

Educational Programs
Long Island Spine Specialists offers unique "back and neck school" to teach and guide about body mechanics, effective exercise techniques and injury prevention. We offer these programs in our office as well as on-site at businesses, health clubs, senior groups or any other medical or professional facility.
